You can purchase our products in two ways:

  • Online: Place an order on our website and choose between home delivery or in-store pickup.
  • In-Store: Visit our shop located in Famagusta, Northern Cyprus.

You can pay online or at the time of delivery.

 

  • For orders over $80, shipping is free.
  • Orders under $80 will incur a shipping fee.
  • You can also pick up your order directly from our store.

Our customer support is available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM through the following methods:

  • All products come with a 2-week testing period.
  • If the product is defective or faulty, you can request a return and refund.
  • If the product is in good condition and has no issues, refunds are typically not provided.

No, we currently do not provide installation services.
